Show your sore muscles some love in this Recovery class that warms up with light movement, then guides you through a lower-body-focused stretch. Use your breath to let the tension melt away in Cat/Cow, quad and hip flexor stretches, and Dancer’s Stretch. A great class to tack onto your lower body workout.
