This practice brings subtle awareness to your pelvis, lower back, and sacrum to create more ease and balance. Move slowly from anterior-posterior pelvis tilting to gentle pelvis rolls on the transverse plane (the horizontal axis of your mid-body) while discovering unconscious habits and beginning to unravel them.
